Over the moon with the service we received this even, Steph was amazing. My son is 14 and trying out new styles and clothes to find the image for him. Steph listened and gave structured advise based on his hair and what would be practical for every day life whilst still at school. We can out after both having hair cuts and my son has never smiled so much. There was definitely a confidence boost in his step as we walked home. The added touch at the end offering to help my son if he got stuck on the styling was unexpected but very appreciated. Steph offered that if he was struggling that he could give her a call and pop in and she would help him practice it. Very hands on approach, above and beyond what we were expecting.
I have been having beauty therapies at Artizan for a few months now and love it! Sigrid is such a kibd and caring therapist, she really does want to take care if you, so I always leave feeling better, outside and in.
I just had my hair done for the first time at Artizan. Roxy was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and I walked out of their with my hair exactly as I'd asked for. The cut and colour is gorgeous. Roxy was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. I'll definitely be back!

Have been going here for a few months now and have had Hannah cut and colour my hair . She is the best hairdresser I have had and is always extremely friendly and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else now .
I haven't been to this salon for a couple of years as moved house,. When I booked tmy appoint the person I spoke to was extremely helpful. I had to pop in for a colour test which was simple and very quick. On my arrival at salon today the staff that I spoke with were extremely professional & welcoming. A stylist who was working the desk when I attended delt with a slightly drunk young man in a very subtle and professional way impressing me with her behaviour. The actual stylist who did my hair,Roxy was also extremely friendly, helpful and did a great job. She was a breath of fresh hair and was extremely pleasant to chat to. Sadly she informed me she was due to leave in Jan to return to her hometown, it's a shame to loose her but I will defiantly return to this shop as the experience was so positive. I wish her well in her future..

Having had alaplecia and growing back my hair i went today for a consultation into dunstable. There i met Steph. Steph went through all my options and was extremely helpful. I have never had such a knowledgable hairdresser in all my years. I came out after having my hair washed cut and styled feeling fantastic. The first time in a very long time. Stylist was attentive to my requests for my hair cut but although she did her best the cut was uneven at the sides and around. On arriving home my family noticed my haircut and agreed it was not very good. I do have a special birthday treat this evening but I do not feel very glamorous.

I'm a little odd with hair as I don't like it being touched. This is an awkward two yearly trip which Hannah made me feel very comfortable.
She did interpreted exactly what I had described and was excellent at her job. She was attentive and made the whole event quite bearable.
I may even return after Christmas, an unheard of thing for me!

I had an appointment to model for a blow dry to be done by a trainee. After a thorough consultation the professional came over & questioned some of the comments I had made. After a conversation with the professional she suggested cutting my hair previous to being blow dried by trainee. I was then asked to pay £31.50 for this. I was too astounded to do anything but pay. I wasn't pre informed that I would be expected to pay & didn't have a clue that it would be that much. The suggestion was made by the professional & she took off less than half an inch. I had been informed that I wouldn't be paying for trainee to blow dry my hair therefore feel £31.50 for a simple trim/tidy up of a previous substandard haircut was atrocious. It has totally ruined my experience and left me out of pocket.
no problems getting same day appointment first time at the salon and will definitely be returning. Had stylist Hannah cut and blow dry for me. I'm really pleased with the outcome thank you Hannah. Very friendly and professional.

I was recommended by a friend to try this salon out. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were very eager to hear what i wanted out of the experience and throughout kept engaging with me and made sure i was okay with what was happening. I would recommend this salon for anyone!
