I went for a haircut last week. The reception was very friendly and polite. The staff were excellent. I had a great cut and was really pleased. Would definitely recommend !
More than satisfied with my haircut from Roxy. Roxy has great customer care, confident approach and unafraid to work with short hair which is fantastic.

Roxy was my stylist. Made me feel at ease, good advice given. Once new style was chosen, Roxy started on the cut. Roxy is a very friendly stylist. She cut my hair really well, will definitely go back to artisan again. Thank you Roxy love my new style.

I would fully recommend this salon, the staff are friendly & experienced. The head massage when having your hair washed is great, almost sends me to sleep. The recent refurb is nice but I miss the massage back wash chair.
I was served by Sigrid who is very helpful and professional my only criticism is that I think it is too expensive . Would I go back again yes I would I am always happy with the end result my purse isn't

I've been today at Artizan,after a long time! I think I've forgot how professional they are... my haire haven't fell so good since a long time, I can tell the difference is huge between Artizan and other hairstyles that I've experienced!

I went to the artizan hairdresser and I have to say it was very good. The customer service has been very good from the first contact on the phone to the salon . Steph dealt with my hair and I'm very happy with the result even my husband notice. I asked her a few questions and she advised me in a few products I could you for my hair .

I always go to artizan because theyre the only salon that do my hair how i want it. They do what you ask for. Steph does my hair so I recommend her.
Excellent service from Steph, she listens to exactly what I want from my haircut and I'm always pleased which is why I travel from Kent at the moment.
The one thing I would like to say is:-
We get emails from Artizan offering news and prmotions and as valued customers, we would hope, I would like to be informed of price rises!!! In Feb of last year I was paying £33.50 for a cut and finish with Steph, it was £37.50 in June, £39 by September and now £44 in Jan 2016 and no forward warning whatsoever. This isn't an annual increase and this last increase represents a nearly 15% rise, perhaps we are now paying for the refurbishment. If I was to quote for a catering job and then produce an inflated invoice, it wouldn't be acceptable, so perhaps some transparency would be a good move forward, we can always vote with our feet!

Lovely atmosphere, very friendly hairdresser. I came in and was seen 15 minutes early, I was given a consultation on the best treatment to have and then was given a lovely relaxing treatment. My hairdresser was extremely efficient and polite. Keeping me informed on what she was doing every step and offering me information on the products too.

My appointment began with a consultation with Hayley who listened to what I wanted and took the time to show me some pictures so we were both clear on what I expected. I am very happy with the whole experience and the final result.

Decided on an impulsive hair chop and remembered I'd been to Artizan a few years ago so thought I'd see if they had any last minute appointments. Luckily for me, the enthusiastic owner Luigi had an appointment free! Since I last went they've made the salon over and really gone to great lengths to offer an overall experience which isn't just about the cut but the maintenance of the look. Luigi was super patient in getting the length of my cut just right and I can honestly say the haircut itself is amazing. Will definitely be returning.
