Apologies if our apprentice may not have met her usual high standard. At the time you gave us no indication that you were unhappy and said nothing, despite this being the third time you have booked with her.

We understand your concerns about the blow dry and we will definitely take your feedback onboard.

We are however, rather surprised to read that you "left the salon feeling ripped off." Your root refresh was £25, your K18 treatment £19.50 and your blow dry, £10. This totals £54.50, which is what you were charged. There was no charge whatsoever for your fringe trim.
