I was bit disappointed today with my visit.i have been before and no problems.today was awkward with staff bickering and it felt like it was not open.my poor hairdresser (who wad lovely)was doing all the work and had to stop my cut twice to do other things.i felt sorry for her.my hair felt very rushed.i am happy with the end result however over priced for a tidy up and not a new restyle with a quick straighten.a real shame.
