Carmen done an amazing job on my hair. She knows exactly what I want and goes above and beyond to achieve first class results. I’m so happy with the colour and feel wonderful. Hi I got my hair done by Carmen twice and both times I was extremely happy with my results. She listened to exactly what I wanted and brightened my whole face and hair up. Over 20 years I wouldn’t let anyone touch my hair it was down to my hips I went to Martin he stripped my hair and got it back to it’s original color on the first visit and much cheaper than all the other salons I had asked I would never let anyone touch my hair Martin is the best and is soo funny he becomes a friend ur not just a client see u in a few weeks Martin keep being u and keep up the amazing work magic hands ?

Martin is an absolute gem! He transformed my tired, very long, thick, greying hair with an amazing cut to my mid shoulder, spent ages putting a full head of baby lights in and all the while talking me through each process, ensuring I was happy and comfortable.
Martin will discuss your requirements and will give you an honest opinion, if it is humanly possible he will achieve it!
Always smiling, nothing is too much trouble, he is amazing 5 stars all the way

Friendly, professional and out going Martin will do he's best with your colour or cutting your hair.

I have body dysmorphia which ultimately means I HATE having my hair cut, but I felt like a fierce queen walking out. I felt comfortable and valued.
My hair cut is lovely and modern. Great prices too! Shout out to Martin! He has given me the best cut I've had for a while!
The salon is very clean too and staff wear masks.

Went to Sadler yesterday for the first time and Martin did such a wonderful job, I am so happy I discovered this little gem of a salon in the Town Centre of Luton ? and will definitely go back there. Very friendly and professional service, I 100% recommend it ?

I have really long hair past my shoulders and I wanted a fringe cut in. I showed Ileana some pictures of styles I like and she understood perfectly. She also had a fringe similar to what I was after which made me feel at ease. She also let me know what she was doing before she did each step so that I was fully aware which I feel is important. She was very friendly and made me feel welcome.

I had hilights and cut and finish with Ileana and she used a toner also I was very pleased thank you Ileana!

I went in for a colour, my hair was a bit tatty. I thought colour would solve it. The stylist suggested I tried Olaplex. Either a full Olaplex or an express treatment at just £10. I went for the full service and I am so glad I did! Colour was only part of the story, my hair being damaged from over colouring from my previous salon was the cause of it looking so dull! Olaplex worked miracles on it. Seriously, miracles is the right word. It is such a difference! Thank you for knowing exactly what I needed!

I wanted my hair colour changed, on a random colour I thought would look good. Turned out it would look terrible. They advised me a far more suitable colour at a free consultation and patch test. Couple of days later I had my hair done and no joking, it looks fantastic! So pleased with it!

Ileana gave me a lovely cut and blow-dry and I am coming back for hilights soon.

For years I have struggled to get that perfect shade of golden brown in my hair. As my hair is a natural shade of black, it was always difficult to achieve that golden brown shade. It would either have a tinge of red or go a coppery shade after a few weeks. I'm very happy with the way Ileana has managed to achieve that shade to perfection. I would highly recommend Ileana as she has managed to achieve my desired look effortlessly. A wonderful hairstylist.

I get really scared with trusting someone with my hair. But this place made me relax. Really hard working folks, talented, focused on getting me what I want, and I was rewarded by great cut and colour. People have been asking me where I got my hair done. That's never happened before.

Had a luxurious massage here, was so good I fell asleep!! Awesome - and I don't use the word lightly!

I went to another salon in town, hated the experience, never got what I wanted, noticed my hair started to basically frazzle. Plus it was expensive - very. Tried Sadler and found real quality! I was listened to, got what I want and went away with the damage fixed. Very good prices, all visible on the website. This is my new hairdresser, never going back to the other place.

I have been through a number of salons since moving house, trying to find a good one. All had something wrong, often I didn’t know what. Until I went here! It was service! From being greeted warmly, to offering drinks, keeping your coat safe in a proper cupboard, to great cut and products. It’s my perfect place.

Great salon, found it by accident, and what a find. Booked online through the app. Great staff, great results.

You need to make your service menu better if try to book online for a colour you don’t have a box no wonder when I go past your never open your just a1 star salon

The salon doesn't look like much from the outside but is actually very spacious inside. Really clean and welcoming.
I had a colour and cut for my first time here. I was super impressed! Very attentive to what I needed and friendly.
Has lots of comments on it since.
Highly recommended and I'll be back in around 6 weeks time.
