The hairdresser Gabi is very professional, knows her work very well. Gives very good advices.
The water temp can be a bit higher.

I was very pleased with the colour and cut service I received today.

I have been coming to the Hairdressing Company for very many years and was always pleased with my hairdresser Anna. This is the first time I have been since Sadler took over as I was reluctant to see a new hairdresser in Anna's absence, but Gabriella was very professional and did a great job.

Despite this however, my appointment was booked for the wrong time, and when I called to check I realised I was only booked in for a cut only and not the colour as well.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend Gabriella. She did a wonderful job colouring my hair .

I had an appointment with Bo and was throughtly impressed with her work she is a credit to sadlers. She made me feel comfortable as previously i have had a very bad experience. She went over and beyond what i was expecting . Her customer service is second to none. Thank you Bo x the other staff were slso very friendly and made you feel at ease xx

Such a lovely salon, nice clean and welcoming fab staff Carly allways looks after me and rescues my hair. I walked out of the salon feeling a million dollars!!!

Just had a full hair restyle at Sadler Salon today,(half head highlights and wash cut n blow dry), was a bit nervous as haven't had my hair styled for quite a few years and salon I used to go to, has now closed.
You kinda form a loyal relationship with your stylist over the years and when you have to find someone/someplace new, you never know how things will turn out.
Like a charity worker in the street, feels good at the time or wish you'd looked the other way..lol
But seriously, had a lovely experience today, felt a bit cold at first, but it was Friday morning and the salon was quiet, but the two girls were quick to look after me, the three of us had a great chit chat, Addrienne styled while Carly looked after me, I must say, I left there in a much better place than when I went in, they done a fantastic job, and my boyfriend love the new look to.

We came here just for Carly. She's always cut our hair and I'm very particular about who cuts mine and my girls super curly hair. Excellent every time!

I have had one of the best haircuts ever at the artistic hands of Sarah at Sadlers Hair & Beauty in Luton. I am just so happy with my hair expertly cut and so easy to manage. I came to Sarah upon recommendation from a lady named June whom I spotted in Wardown Park Luton. Her hair looked absolutely super and I plucked up courage and asked her who her hairdresser was. After a very long time since having my hair coloured I was very nervous! However Danica made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole service. Im extremely happy with how my hair has turnt out and would definitely recommend Danica to others again and allow her to do my hair again.

Today I had my hair cut by the lovely Carly. She was very friendly and listened to what I wanted done. She took everything I wanted done on board and I love my hair. I've also booked my next appointment with Carly and I can't wait to go back. It's such a lovely and calm environment

A great salon, by far the best in Bedfordshire, not just Luton. But please, girls on the desk need to smile and cheer up, and play some decent music. I can't relax to rave music! :O)

Had a fantastic service and Sarah was great in being able to control my thick curly hair, lovely hair cut and my hair felt and looked so much better. Have rebooked for next visit, highly recommend.

Me and my sister both had our haircuts today we was greeted with a friendly face Carley! She made us both a cup of tea and done a fantastic job on both our hairs.

I've had my nails done a few times and absolutely love them, she is really thorough and very friendly, so happy with every result.

Carley has also cut my hair a few times as I used to get it cut at her old salon, she is brilliant and I am always impressed and very happy with results.

I followed Carley from her previous salon as she's such a great hairdresser, fills me with confidence to walk away after my haircut, knowing the wonders Carley has worked on my hair. A far better salon than her previous place, so much friendlier!
