This is the first and only salon that I can trust my hair with. I had very unruly, past shoulder length 3b/3c curls (mixed heritage => mixed hair types on one head). When I walked in, I spoke to George (senior stylist/manager) who took complete ownership of my request - and that was to cut my long, curly hair into a bob. Normally, salons would turn me away at this point and say, "it's not possible with your hair type" - Kleri (who actually cut my hair) and George had the opposite attitude. They embraced the 'fro and you can immediately tell these women loved their job. I loved them both for it. They cut my hair to such an exquisite standard, all the while checking in on how I'm feeling about the cut throughout the cut, that I am now considering the style they gave me to be my new, permanent style. I never thought I would say that about a hair cut. In my 25 years of life, I have never gone back to a hair salon for a haircut because something always went wrong. I can confidently say this is the best service I have ever had. I am definitely coming back and revisiting Kleri and George for a top-up cut, because it seems like I can only trust these two women with my hair. Thank you both for reinvigorating my love for my hair! If I could give you 10 stars out of 5, I would!
