Came in for advice as I'm a nervous client and Laura had a chat with me and put me at ease. Her client cancelled while I was there so she offered me the slot so I wouldn't bottle out and she did the best cut I've ever had and gave me simple advice on how to get my hair to do what I want it to without faffing for hours.
