I had a relaxing VIP experience today and a lovely hair cut and was given some helpful tips with my hair .friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere I felt very comfortable and Sally Anne made me feel at ease and I love my hair cut .relaxing head massage after my hair wash .thank u look forward to coming back as I always do.

Recently emigrated from Oz to the area so no clue on the area or options so did some homework on the best place to go - and was glad i did. Sallyann was truly wonderful and such a dynamo with a scissor and chats...she changed what i normally do just a touch and was glad i trusted her as the result was superb. Will be back again in 6 weeks.

All the staff were very attentive, making sure I always had a drink and magazines, I especially like the fruit pot I was given, that was a nice touch. Everyone was very friendly it was a very pleasant visit

As always Kim was amazing, so pleased with my colour, she always gets it right. I usually see Gemma for my cut who is always wonderful, but today I had Mollie who did a fantastic cut and was so lovely. Thank you all ????????

I had a very bad experience getting my hair dyed at this salon. I wanted to cover a few grey hair but keep my natural hair colour. The person who dyed my hair promised me so confidently that she will get exactly the same colour. Without even showing me a sample or trying it out on one strand, she dyed all my hair to a colour that is nothing like my own colour. It has a strong red hue and it’s much darker than my own hair. Now I am stuck with a hair that I hate. I wish I could turn back time! :-((

Always great to come into the salon, the team managed to get my appointment brought forward so I could still thankfully get it cut before the salon closed early for the World Cup semi final. Mollie ‘gets’ my needs and interpreted a pic of my favourite style. She encouraged me to go natural as my colour is growing out. Lovely team, always feel so relaxed afterwards.

Molly was great as usual! The only thing was having my face washed during the hair wash and then my hair not been washed properly-so had to be rinsed again -Making me late for another appointment. All fed back though and apologies given

Booked my first appointment with T&G Maidenhead, went today. After a really tough week and feeling down I came out feeling amazing. I was greeted at reception by bubbly friendly staff. I was early and offered a seat and some mint &Cucumber water with a pot of mixed fruit while I waited what a lovely surprise. Dolly the colour technician listened to what I wanted and talked me through what she was doing. While waiting for my colour I was then given a glass of Pills. Perfect on such a hot day. Best hair wash and head massage too . Then Hayley cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Just love that when you get what you ask for. All rounded off by a cup of tea in a vintage China cup. Well spoilt! I can honestly say I had an amazing experience at T&G Maidenhead. Well done guys it's the little things that make a client feel special. Will definitely go back the whole team great a lovely atmosphere

I enjoyed my visit with Dora , she has done highlights very well.
One only thing I did not like was that I was not offered a massage on my back while washing my hair. The boy who washed my hair just put my legs up and that was it.

Throughout my experience with Toni and Guy, all of the team at Maidenhead were extremely attentive and endeavoured to find a colour and style that I would be happy with and suited me. Right from the start Tanya put me at ease and went out of her way to secure an appointment for me at relatively short notice. During the appointment itself both of the stylists were particularly helpful in advising me on what I should do with my hair. Having your haircut can be a very daunting, risky prospect at the best of times however I would certainly say opting for Toni and Guy would be a price worth paying for results you can be happy with and you don't regret!

I am always going to Toni and guy because of their amazing customer service. The staff are very friendly and make you feel relaxed throughout your whole experience. I am always so happy with my hair however my recent experience wasn’t as expected. I absolutely loved the colour but the cut was not what I wanted. I told the hairdresser I didn’t want too short layers as I didn’t want the top part of my hair to feel chunky or heavy as it has done with layers in the past which is why I prefer longer layers. I got home to find I had heavy short layers that looked and felt like there weren’t blended in properly. I was a little disappointed as I had paid a lot of money. I am currently waiting for them to grow out a little and maybe next time il try a different salon.

Had an appointment with Dora this morning,Colour, cut and Blowdry. As usual lovely service,very relaxing and I was delighted with my hair Colour and cut! Dora listens to what you want and tailors to what you need. I am a repeat customer as very happy with the service!

Fantastic salon all the staff are friendly and molly who cuts my hair could not wish for better....she is spot on!!
