Brilliant really liked Dora great cut .

I had a cut and blow dry with Molly at the Maidenhead salon. She was excellent, and cut and styled my hair beautifully. I was so pleased.

Friendly staff who know what they are doing and can’t do enough for you.
You are not rushed to get out and offered drinks throughout your appointment. The staff are smiley, friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel special. Would definitely recommend to try this particular salon.

My Haidresser Gemma is amazing and she gets five stars every time I cut my hair however the lady who washed my hair was awful and rude and made the experience unpleasant. This is unfortunate and brings the standard of my overall experience right down to 1 star. So 5 stars to Gemma and 1 for the overall experience unfortunately due to a self serving rude person with little care for customer service

Excellent service as always, I left the salon with a great cut by Sally Ann. I’d wanted to book my next appointment for my birthday but Sally Ann was already fully booked, however the salon called me later in the afternoon and had managed to book me an appointment for the day I wanted.

Today I had my hair cut and coloured by the amazing talented Molly! She makes me feel relaxed and absolutely love the finished product, plus the girls in the salon are also so lovely.

Had my colour done with Kim who is just brilliant. So helpful so friendly a real expert. Going to have my hair done with her is always such a pleasure and I e never been disappointed

Stylist absolutely wonderful, probably the best, so full mark. However awful reception and very upsetting which is a shame.

please keep in mind it is a franchise business so there are differences from one spot to the other. Result was ok at the end, the experience was definitely lacking a bit...and thus the price (£50) was unjustified.

Personal, professional, friendly and know their stuff. Always a good experience including extras: tea, coffee or even a gin & tonic! Always leave feeling great.

I felt that I wasn’t given very good value for money. There weren’t options for choosing different kind of cut. But stuff were welcoming and informative

My little boy George has had his hair cut today by Dora, I just wanted to say how delighted we are with the cut and service, I have used Maidenhead Toni and Guy for a few years now and had different people to colour & cut my own hair and cut my little boys - George was really worried that “his” stylist Michael had left but Dora has done an outstanding job and now he is confident to see her again, you will continue to see us regularly in the future...

***** cut my hair and it wasn't until I returned home that I discovered what she had done to the back of it. It literally looks like she has cut chunks out of my hair...I probably could have done better!! It bears absolutely no resemblance to the length of hair in the picture which I showed her.... twice. I checked very early on that she understood how I wanted it cut at the back....she said she did but clearly didn't pay any attention. I certainly will not be a repeat client of hers!

As always, today's experience was EXCELLENT. Sallyanne is responsible completely for my AMAZING hair and this always makes me feel so good about myself. She is creative, current and can be trusted 100% to make your hair the best it can be - trust her and let her, and her team, guide you and don't go in with pre-conceived ideas! They can do that too but they know best how your hair can be the best.
The whole team are brilliant and it is always a relaxing, feel good and joyful experience. I would never go anywhere else. Thank you xx

I think it was very good Dora did an amazing job it is so neat and perfect for school. I enjoyed the tea and biscuits too! (I loved the head massage!)

Highly talented and lovely people work here. Kim has been colouring my hair for a few years now. She’s brilliant and lovely to chat to. Recently Gemma has been cutting my hair - she’s the best - Just a shame she’s going on mat leave shortly

Always enjoy my whole Toni and Guy experience. My colourist Kim knows me and my hair well - she is experienced and knowledgable. My curly hair never loses condition after colouring which it has done in previous establishments. I am always extremely happy with the results. T and G staff are friendly and I am looked after from the moment I arrive with coffee and biscuits, up to date variety of magazines, comfortable chairs, massage recliner while washing, head massage etc, etc .... always leave happy.

The haircut was quite rushed. A section of my hair was about 1cm out of line and I had to get it cut by another hairdresser. I’m was very disappointed in the standard of the cute.

Gemma really understood what I wanted and gave good advice on my hair type.

Always a good experience going to Toni and Guy, knowlegable and professional.
