Great team and great atmosphere!

Colour felt quick and easy, blow dry was also quick! Best thing was the shampoo,actually felt like it was being washed throughly without the pain and rush! massage was perfect also!

SallyAnne and her team are so very good at their jobs, I’ve been a client since 1999 and everytime I leave I am blown away by their passion for thei trade. For learning and ensuring you are looked after from booking to walking out of the salon.. you get your money worth and then some . First class all the way

My back was absolutely soaked by the trainee washing my hair. Today there is loads of snow coming down and I had to walk home. No offer of a cost reduction or a t-shirt to use. They did offer to dry my shirt .... It was sopping wet.

The lady cutting my hair was better but sideburns were lopsided. Unhappy customer.

Another great experience - despite the Beast from the East! I had a call the previous evening just to advise that obviously due to the snow, it was a “wait and see” situation and also to make sure I could make it in. Appointment ran as scheduled and as usual all the staff were excellent especially Kimberly and Molly who coloured and styled me. Have booked my next appointment and would not hesitate to recommend their services and Toni & Guy in general. Always listen and always deliver!

The atmosphere in the salon is always buzzing, I had a different colourist and stylist for the first time, but Molly put me at ease right from the off.
I had an AMAZING head massage from a junior staff member, I wish I could have sat there for hours.

I am Toni & Guy’s customer for a good number of years now. It is a high end salon and definitely not cheap. I am willing to pay for the value added service where I can trust the styles are customised for me with consultation and suits my need and persona.

As always my haircut was excellent. Every stylist I’ve had at Toni and Guy in Maidenhead has been great, and Nicki is no exception. That’s why I’ve been going there for over ten years.

Customer service is high quality, and it’s a pleasurable experience from start to finish.

Disappointed with the hair wash. The chair was broken and didn't allow feet up or massage and was told this once I d sat down and put my hair back into sink. I then asked if to wait for one of the other two chairs which were working, and was made to feel really awkward about it which is not great customer service when you pay £60 for a haircut. I also wasnt offered a drink by the same assistant. But my hairdresser did eventually offer me a drink and her haircut and service were very good as usual.

Today I was totally blown away. I entered feeling low and unsure and desperately needing a dramatic change and boy did I get it. I left with the first true smile in months. He totally understood what I needed as well as wanted with no help from me. I had no idea what I wanted except for it to be a dramatic change. I will never let anyone else near my hair again and all the staff were so kind and didn’t make me feel awkward about having to get on hands and knees at one point due to not walking and even asked me if I was ok with my oxygen which no shop has ever done before. My family, friends and even a few random strangers in town all love my hair and tell me never to change it. Thank you for making a scary and intimidating appointment into the best I’ve felt in 6 months.

I regularly have my hair coloured by Sharon and am always really happy with the result. She is incredibly patient and takes time to explain the process and ensure I’m 100% happy with the colour choices.

I love coming to T&G in Maidenhead! I get colour with Sharon and cut with Sally Anne and I spend a while in the chair, but it's never a chore!

This time around I had a colour and cut and it's superb. I got for bright colours and I'm always impressed. Same for the cut! I trust them both implicitly to do whatever they think is best and they always make me look and feel awesome :) thanks guys!

The hair wash basins are quite comfortable if I were going to niggle.

I love the highlights always done in perfection aswell as the massage chairs they just the extra pamper you deserve. Enjoy the head massage also especially after having a hectic day and just want to unwind they do give such a great service with the hair cut colour. I would recommend anyone to go there.

They are very bubble happy and very hospitable. There hair services are good for sure.

Was not happy with the colour as instead of chocolatey colour, light caramel colour was done.

Iv had a few nightmare visits with different salons. I was recommended this salon. I asked for a total re style (3 inches off) and I’m thrilled. Not only that, but really good sensible advice on how to get rid of a previous bad colour.

Very, very impressed. I’m returning in 8 weeks ?
