Unfortunately Sallyanne was not able to go to the salon for completely understandable family reasons. However the way this was handled by the receptionist was not great. I received a telephone call which asked me to attend earlier than my original booking and which simply was not possible. Having explained that I couldn’t come earlier I was told that the person who would do my half head highlights probably wouldn’t have time to finish but she would do what she could. Actually the person who did my highlights was brilliant and didn’t understand why that had been said to me. I’m very happy with the results. I then had a long wait for the cut and style which I already expected and the junior stylist did a reasonable job although my fringe isn’t great. In hindsight I should have cancelled rather than accept the changes as I felt that the receptionist thought I was a nuisance for not being able to come in earlier
