Went in for a full head of highlights and a cut. Despite supposedly being assigned to a very experienced colourist she couldn't understand that hair could be dyed a lighter shade with bleaching the life out of it and managed to choose a lowlight exactly the same shade as my hair colour. The end result was patchy and looked like someone had missed huge chunks of hair. The lady that cut it agreed it looked really bad and needed to be redone. I told the colourist I didn't want her simply re leaching the life out of it and causing damage and leaving me with uneven hair and was assured she would just pick up the gaps. When I returned she simply redid peroxide highlights and I was left with a shock of white hair which has progressively snapped and fallen out as I brished it through the day. Whilst there was an offer by the manager to correct it for the third time my hair was in such a state I no longer trusted hem particularly when he told me they thought I wanted it lighter and that's what
