I made an appointment at Tony and Guy, with Sammy (salon owner/manager). I had been unhappy with my hair for a very long time and felt as though I was not being listened to/not informed enough to make a good choice, so I chose to move. Sammy asked me what I wanted to see in the mirror and explained the science behind my desired colour. I had a colour correction, cut and blow out. Sammy listened and I am no longer afraid to wear my hair down! Professional, thoughtful and friendly service from Sammy and her assistants. I had to wait between my colour and cut, due to my fault for not booking one! But Sammy made sure I was accommodated and kept entertained by salon chat and cosy warm! A great colour and cut. I highly recommend Tony and Guy.
