Broad Street Nailsea

Very pleased to be able to get my haircut today, I was booked in with Emily, who did a great job and was a delight to converse with. Felt safe and at ease with the precautions the salon have taken.

My first haircut for 5 months and I needn’t have worried. Temperature taken, offered a cooler mask (mine is black and rather heavy) and plenty of social distancing. Simone jolly as ever and my hair feels fantastic now.

It was lovely to come back to the salon today after 18 long weeks. It was a different experience but I felt very safe - thank you.

Had another fantastic experience with lovely Simone. She did a full head of highlights, cut and blow dry - I feel a million dollars!!!

Absolutely delighted to return to the Nailsea salon today for a long overdue wash, cut & blow dry. Thanks as ever to Gemma, Nita and the team for making me so welcome and feeling so safe in such difficult operating circumstances. Full marks and, by the way, given the extra labour involved, I was prepared to pay more - have to do my bit to keep the economy going!

I’ve had my hair done by Chloe for about five years. I love the experience very time I go in the salon. Chloe knows how to manage and work wonders with my hair and has been fantastic in doing my little boy’s hair as well. My son is autistic and will not let just anyone touch his hair! I am so pleased to be back. They adhere to strict hygiene standard and I felt absolutely safe that it is being managed very well under the current circumstances. So pleased that your doors are open once again!

Thank you Chloe and for my long awaited haircut after lockdown yesterday. Also to Nita for booking me by phone and again phoning on a Sunday for colour again next week. I really appreciated it after a long 3 months without one and am very pleased how good it looks. The same attention to detail and service as always, even with masks. I so much appreciated going to you again and actually having a style after a long 3 months of lockdown.

Excellent arrangements made for safe hair dressing. Care and attention by all staff made for a really relaxing experience despite covid 19! Lovely to see your friendly wonderful staff again and come away with a super haircut and colour. Thank you!

Lovely experience! felt very looked after. Only went in for a trim but was recommended something a little different and I love it. Hair feels amazing.

I normally get my hair cut at home but decided I needed a new look so booked into the nailsea branch. I can highly recommend it, my hair looks great and is exactly what I wanted and needed. All the staff were extremely friendly and very professional. I like it so much have booked another appointment.

Had my hair cut by Emily today with the help of Wayne who was there to help Emily improve on her knowledge and skills. They were both fantastic. They asked what I wanted and made suggestions and it actually came out better then I wanted when I went in. They were both really friendly and Wayne had me in stitches. Emily is a great credit to the Broad Street team and shows she is willing to learn more to improve her skills.

Thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Lisa listened to my thoughts re my hair problems explaining what her ideas were to help. Brilliant shampoo and relaxing massage. Hair cut beautifully. Really pleased

Today Chloe cut my hair. I hadn't had my haircut in months and had been really looking forward to it and she didn't disappoint!

I know I'm quite fussy but she helped me realise I look that I really liked, by being patient, friendly and excellent at cutting hair. I left feeling very happy ???

I booked online as it was easy , and got Emily at the Nailsea branch . My hair is really curly and difficult but she is a magician!! My hair has never looked so amazing ! The cut , colour and blow dry - I come every week now , it’s transformative , and also so friendly and relaxing. Great value too

Customer Care is excellent, all staff are friendly and welcoming to me and my dog, we both enjoy the experience. As a senior citizen I appreciate being able to take advantage of the special rates on Tuesday and Wednesday.

I had a full head of foils/highlights and from start to finish I could not have been happier. It was my first time at the salon and all the team were really welcoming. Emily guided me through the colours and techniques used and explained everything to me which was really helpful! She did an excellent job and she had such attention to detail. The finishing results were even better than expected, I will definitely be returning!

Took my 3yr old daughter who rarely has her hair cut as until today never found anyone who had the patience to work with her (she’s very energetic) and despite her not keeping still she kept her distracted to keep her still enough to have it cut and also did an amazing job for a little girls hair that has a mind of its own! Looks amazing! Will definitely be going again in the future, Thankyou!

I have been using Broad Street Nailsea for some years and latterly Chloe has always washed and cut my hair. She is a lovely young lady and an excellent hairdresser.
