Lovely friendly salon where everyone is very attentive and professional. Fab haircut - thank u Daisy ? Can’t recommend enough. The place could do with a sprucing up/modernising to match the young, happy team.

Called in on the off chance to have my hair straightened the receptionist was extremely helpful going out of her way to accommodate me which was great. The stylist I had was very friendly and did a great job lasted all night (in blowing wind) and into the next day.
Salon was clean and tidy and staff seemed to enjoy their job which made for a pleasant atmosphere.
Highly recommend this salon.

Was a little nervous as had a hairdresser that I hadn't had before but Kelly was brilliant, I had long hair and wanted it cut into a short bob, Kelly did exactly what I requested, good attention to detail and I love the end result, thank you

As always Chloe did the job, got rid of my TURK mohawk (also resembled stig of the dump/cousin it) because my hair has grown in record speed in the past 2 weeks it's ridiculous but Chloe worked her magic and her scissors and I am human again! Yaay

I had a Brazilian blowdry the Stylist was friendly and professional very happy with my outcome, I’m looking forward to going back on Monday to get the treatment removed and get it blowdried straight

I have the lovely Verity cut and colour my hair and she is so wonderful! Totally knows what I'm after and really feel like I'm in great hands.

First visit today after a friend introduced me, we both received a discount. Verify was great very knowledgeable on what would suit me, very thorough and skilled in doing my hair and just friendly kind and very caring towards me as a customer. the receptionist was also lovely and I appreciated the cuppa, the charity fund and when verify called me, she took my drinks tray up for me so I could carry my bags. I will be returning again and won't hesitate to recommend you to friend and family thank you

Just come from having a full head of colour done. Gorgeous and rich colour which suits me perfectly. Gemma really is great at offering advice for hair needs and colour options especially if you fancy something just a little bit different!

Very Happy with cut Manager did a great job.
Disappointed I had to go back home 18miles after my appointment at 1 was not suitable as young lady not up to the job yet and drive another 36miles there and back at 5pm to get it done.
A confirmation of customers requirements by phone before appointment, especially if new
unknown client would be a good idea.
I can’t say I wouldn’t appreciate some sort of discount/voucher for my 36miles extra worth of petrol. I organised my appointment online cos I knew I would be in the vicinity to save my petrol. I work in Nailsea so I could have reappointed earlier in day or whenever had I been advised beforehand. I was away on Saturday helping my Daughter move home and I wanted it done before I went back to work on Monday.

Always greeted with smart friendly staff. Have been going to Backwell for a number of years and always have a good cut. Salon is up to date and immaculate. Simone is brilliant!
