Broad Street Nailsea

My first visit to the salon and I was delighted with the results. I was with my husband and we were both given a lovely cup of coffee whilst awaiting my appointment. Verity was my stylist and took good care of me, she made me feel welcome and relaxed, gave me a great haircut, clearly a customer focused person as well as an accomplished stylist. I would recommend this salon to my friends without hesitation.

Very nice stylist but unfortunately the cut is nothing like the photo I brought with me.

I was recommended by a friend and Chloe was really good, listened well and we chatted through her ideas which sounded good to me!

Excellent service and great hair cut

Emma always cuts my hair perfectly and blow dries it better than I can do myself. Always a smile and excellent service from all in the saloon. Highly recommend.

Gemma is a lovely stylist and I always enjoy coming to see her and look forward to seeing what colour her hair is!!! She always cuts my hair very well and I wouldn't want to see anyone else. Thank you Gemma

New to the salon, I was very impressed with the way I was greeted, very friendly salon. I was pleased with the end result, will be returning when needs doing again.

**** did my hair and was not happy with my service! She came across as very rude to an employee and my high lights were very warm toned. Not what I had asked for!

I have been having my hair cut by Emma for years and as usual she did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this salon with all the staff being friendly and fab at their jobs!

My hair is like straw this morning . Why wasn't it conditioned ?

28/9/17. Hair coloured . It wasn't conditioned afterwards. I've come out with soaking wet hair . Chloe dried the fringe answer slightly on top . I am never shown the back / side of my hair with a mirror . I feel like Chloe isn't interested . ?

Emma cut my hair today, she is very good! I am very fussy about the cut I receive, would recommend her.

awful experience, I had a consultation to see if I could have an ombre done. I got booked in to have it done also have a cut and blow dry, I was told then the colour had taken to long and I wouldn't be able to have my hair cut or even a blow dry so left with damp frizzy hair, it cost 100 pound luckily I had vochers to bring it down to 80. I got home to dry it and straighten it to see it looked afwul it was in no way an ombre. it was brown and red at the top and brown and green towards the ends patchy all over, I went to see another colourist in a different salon to ask if it was done badly of it was because of my hair they advised me to go back due to spending a lot of money and that it wasn't done how it should have been and was partly green and looked awfull. so I went back and they did say they would see me later on that day to re do it for free. when I came back they then told me I couldn't have an ombre due to the bad condition of my hair. I don't understand why I wasn't told I couldn't have it before the terrible attempt and waste of money. I also maid the point of the fact I was going to get a good cut of my hair anyways as I was due to the day before but they still refused. so they coloured it with a dark brown all over and just a few foils at the front of my hair I now am 80 pound down for a colour I could have done my self. furious.

Was seen to talk about what I wanted booked me in for an appointment to do it, ended up with a terrible mixture of coloured hair, didn't get a cut and blow dry as I was suppose to, went back as I payed a lot of money for an ombré and it wasn't even close to then be told I couldn't have it because my hair wasnt in good condition. I'd have preferd to have been told that before spending 80pound. Did get it re coloured dark for free but have been ripped off 80pound just to end up with brown hair.

First time Ellie has done my colour and very pleased.

As usual Broad St in Nailsea delivered exceptional service. Chloe was as ever fabulous and her skill in hairdressing superb and consistent quality.

Emma cut my hair after a very long time of not going to the hairdressers after many bad cuts. The whole experience was so professional. Emma gave me every consideration. She took time to talk to me and listened ! I went from long to short aNd she has done a fantastic job. Emma couldn't have done more to promote the professionalism I experienced. And to top it all Emma is a fantastic stylist! Thank you so much. See you soon.

I hadn't been to get my hair done for a while and was therefore offered a half price discount which had inticed me back after a number of disappointing appointments. Previously I had left the saloon with hair dye still obviously on my skin, so I would have to go home and re wash my hair. Despite having lovely cuts and beautiful colours put in, these experiences put me off returning. I thought the half price discount was too good to pass on, but even at half price I don't feel it was value for money. I can't find any evidence of the foils that were put in and my hair just looks patchy from where the overal colour hasn't covered what was originally there. I booked another appointment at a different saloon to get it re done, so not value for money at all.

1st time in this Salon with my husband who had his hair cut too, both very pleased with our hair cuts and my style with Chloe . A very friendly salon made us very welcome , my wash was one of the best I have had . Chloe was lovely and helpful very pleased overall but think the colour is a little too dark for me which I guess can be sorted out next time . We had 50 % off too which
Made it nice at £64 not sure if it would too expensive at full price . Would reccomend you

Turned up at the salon having done a Home hilite kit, very uneven and a bit yellow.Tina was so helpful, she fitted me in at a day's notice,gave me a new and fab hair restyle and toned the colour by using schwarzkopf silver shampoo, thank you Tina you are brilliant x

The 'Highlight'of my last week was my 'High lights I had done by Verity in Brosd Street Nailsea, she did a fabulous job, made me feel great and gave me some helpful provisional advice.
Needless to say next appointment made for 5weks time.

My first visit to Broad Street Nailsea today and am so pleased with my cut and colour. Chloe was brilliant and spent time listening to what I wanted and then showing me colours. Fab results and next appointment already booked. Friendly and helpful staff. Thankyou!

My head massage with the conditioner in was very short and a bit half hearted. Chloe is very sweet and I like her but this is not the first time she has been very quick with the head massage.
Very pleased with the cut and colour.

Great, everyone is so lovely kind & a joy to see.

I went to Amy today for the first time. She did a full head of highlights for me which I'm delighted with. She really listened to what I wanted and got my colour just right. Chloe always cuts my children's hair too and she is brilliant but I have never been myself and my experience was excellent.

I had my hair washed and cut by Tina who also provided me with a very nice coffee. I thought she cut my hair very well.

Have transferred over to this Salon having gone to the one at Cadbury for years. The main reason being Emma. Fab cut as usual and very professional and friendly staff! Felt very relaxed and pampered and a new woman as I walked out of the salon!

Excellent service by friendly staff, especially Gemma who went the extra mile on a very busy,stressful day.
