Very friendly. Did my hair very nice. And a lovely salon.

I have always had positive things to say but I must say since having a new stylist it's even better !
Always professional ,love the chit chat but impressed when staff know when not to talk
And I have never been disappointed and always feel fabiulous leaving !
My daughter and I have been customers for a while and have no intention to have our hair done anywhere else

My 12 year old daughter had a complete restyle this morning, going from long to very short hair, and the stylist (Abi) did a fabulous job, giving her a lovely looking and good quality cut. We are both really pleased with the result!

Once again the bubbly & lovely Chloe did her magic with my highlights & cut. Highly reccomending her to all my local friends.

Have been going to Broad Street for many years and now have Tina as my stylist. Tina has taken the time to get to know my har, me and what I like. She has a great personality and love seeing her. She is a great hairdresser and knows her trade inside out.

Having attempted previously to have lighter colours put through my hair which was way too dark before with disastrous results I vowed never to try it again I was recommended Broadstreet by a friend and after a very professional consultation by Emma I took the plunge and am really loving my lighter hair just had my roots touched up lighter strips to break it up and a cut and feeling fantastic and with 50% off I'm very impressed and Emma has definitely gained a new customer thank you

Although I was 5 minutes late I was welcomed and treated to a good haircut, service with a smile and friendly banter. My stylist listened to my concerns/requests and did a brilliant job. I arrived stressed and left relaxed and feeling pampered. Thank you.

Both my niece and I went in to have our hair done together. This was her first salon experience for a while. We were treated professionally and by two really friendly hairdressers. Our hair looks amazing and smells great ????

After being told by a hair salon that they couldnt fit me in and they suggest i found somewhere new i did exactly that! Im new to the area and after this experience i was a little set back! Thankfully i found these guys and they were great! Super friendly and love the results! Thank you girls! I shall be back! :)

I've seen Steph at Broad St Nailsea for a few years and I have always been over the moon with the final result. She is always completely understanding and accommodating to what I have asked for. Verity the graduate in the Nailsea salon is always lovely and chatty when washing/drying my hair. Outstanding experience, wouldn't go anywhere else and always recommend the salon to my friends and family.

Rosie (age 10) is thrilled with her new hair! Chloe was fantastic with her, as always, and did a brilliant job.

All the staff at Nailsea Broad Street are so friendly and welcoming. I've been seeing my stylist Steph for a couple of years now and she's so approachable and knowledgable. My hair is such a lovely colour with subtle highlights and lowlights through it which would be impossible to achieve yourself or with a less talented stylist. The graduates who wash hair and keep the salon tidy on a Saturday are all lovely also. With free parking and a relaxing environment it is worth spending the money to come to somewhere like Broad Street. The only negative if any is the rowdiness and language from the barbers next door which is not Broad Street's fault. Well done guys X

Tina at the Nailsea salon has been cutting my hair for a long time now. I am always really pleased with how she cuts and styles my hair. She also has a brilliant, bubbly personality and always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable. She is a great asset to the Broad Street team!

Thank you Chloe for being daring and giving me, as my sister termed it, " the best new look for ages." Everyone I've seen has loved the new colour and been very complimentary. I would not have chosen it myself but so glad you did. Loving being a vibrant auburn!

As usual I was made most welcome by Tina and Lynne. Tina is a wonderful hairdresser and we discussed what I wanted and she delivered as always. She is always very attentive. I look forward to my appointments at Broad Street.

Steph has once again rescued me from a poor cut. I should have known better than to have a haircut from an unknown hairdresser whilst staying with family away from home. Beautiful cut. Really pleased

Had a super fabulous hair cut by Tina , she cuts it exactly how i like it and takes time to get it just right It's so nice not to be rushed as you are in some salons .A totally relaxing experience I always enjoy my visits .

Another great cut and colour by stylist Emma. Always a pleasure to go and be pampered, Emma and the team are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Takes a genuine interest, always nice to catch up.
Also great with my little girl getting her hair cut - treated like a princess and properly spoilt by Poppy, stylist.

Steph did my hair today- first cut since having my daughter and I was really pleased with the results. I went in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted but with her assistance I ended up with a great cut that is low maintenance but looks fab. Thanks!

I've been going to broad st, nailsea since 2012 just for cutting, but after colouring my own hair for years I thought I'd have it done properly!. Wow, Liv always does a great job cutting my hair, but she did such a fab job on my colour today. Absolutely couldn't be happier if I won the lottery!!

Been a customer with Broad street for many years. It's consistently fantastic. Liv did an amazing job today and I've always been really pleased with the other stylists too when I've had to change my appointments at short notice. It's always an uplifting experience, I honestly don't think there's anywhere better. Well done everyone at Nailsea you are all amazing.

I had a disastrous colour experience at another salon and I went to Gemma who sorted my hair colour and cut out I love it the highlights are nice and fine now just how I like them I feel so much better now and would recommend this salon to anyone

I used to hate having my hair cut. Actually I didn't. What I disliked was going to a salon where feeling judged. Almost like you need your hair done to be judged worthy of their attention. Well no more!! Broadstreet hair in Nailsea, is clean and tidy, with great stylists, a fab welcome. The staff are welcoming and attentive but without the endless chatter/gossip. They will also cut the children's hair, without me feeling I need to put them "on their best behaviour" before we even walk into the salon. Because we're chilled, they behave and want to go again - its a win win ????.

I have visited the Nailsea Salon for 6 years and have never been disappointed in the service offered. You can stick with a regular stylist if you wish, or try someone else if you wish and no offence is taken. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good quality hairdresser with competitive pricing and pleasant friendly staff.

Had my hair cut and coloured today by Liv at the nailsea store do my 21st and it was exactly how I wanted it. Liv was amazing and so nice and I'm really happy with the finished look. Thank you everyone at the salon, had a great experience and will be back soon.

Can't fault Tina's attention to detail by far the best stylist who has ever done my hair!!

I have been going to Broad st Nailsea, for a few years. Gemma and every one makes me so welcome. It's a home from home, which for me is great..

I came in for a normal appointment with Steph and announced that I'd had enough, my hair was driving me insane, was flat had no body and wouldn't do anything and so I wanted to change it all but didn't really know what I wanted!! Steph was brilliant in turning that into giving me a great cut and colour :-)

After rarely going to the hairdressers and opting for someone to come to the house I was almost forced to visit Broadstreet Nailsea by my daughter ! And thank goodness as I have never loved my hair so much and the confidence this gives me
