I found Casa Pelo through Treatwell as it kept bring them up when I searched, prices seems great, not too expensive but not too cheap either. I have just moved to Bristol and needed a new hairdresser who could slay both my cut and colour. I was not dissapponted! Jerica is an absolute professional, she clearly loves her job as her attention to detail is incredible. I have a longer blonde, pixie style so had half head highlights and a cut. I was concerned as I am growing out my cut into a short bob, and wanted to cut it in a way that helps it grow out (and looks less Clifton Mum). Jerica not only did that but she has created an awesome new style for me. Onto the colour, I have dark blonde hair and always have regular bleach highlight, but they seem so easy to mess up on short hair because it's less forgiving than long. The colour is EXACTLY what I wanted and the placement of the highlights perfectly frame my face. Jerica is the perfect balance of conversational and concentration, she knows when to take cues that your magazine is interesting and when you're ready to natter. She is super lovely, but most of all a safe pair of hands for your hair. I will be returning!!! Thank you Jerica, I loved meeting you!

Great service, love my colour. One of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m very fussy with my hair and get nervous going to the salon as I’m not a very girly girl. Rebecca made me feel at ease and the end result is great. I’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous team. I started with scalp psoriasis last year and haven’t had my haircut (apart from the odd fringe trim) in about 19 months, that is until 10am this morning when I decided enough is enough. My wonderful hairdresser has made me feel like ‘me’ again. I felt rubbish, bit tearful when I walked in, but I’m so pleased with how I walked out, leaving 90% of my hair on the floor. Let’s hope the sunshine to my scalp helps. Happy Bank Holiday.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Have spent years trying to find a regular hairdressers and have finally found one. Amy is welcoming, friendly and I’ve been pleased with my hair every time. Had it coloured today by Rebecca and she did a great job too.

I booked in online for my 2 year old to have a haircut. 15 minutes before the appointment, when I was already on my way, I had a phonecall to say they had some hair dye to rinse off another customer at my appointment time and requested I come later. I explained I was right outside the door but they weren’t remotely sympathetic or apologetic. We arrived early and they really could have for us in for a 10 minute appointment.

I waited around for the appointment because it’s a pain to pack up a 2 year old to get out of the house when it’s cold and they don’t want to be going out to have their haircut... but I was really quite cross at the lack of organisation and lack of apology. We ended up getting our haircut 55 minutes after we were originally booked in.

It’s a shame because the haircut was absolutely fine, but I definitely won’t be booking any more appointments there.

Rebecca was really friendly, very attentive and gave me a great hair cut and colour - very pleased!

I couldn’t be happier. Jerica has done the most beautiful balayage, cut and blow dry. The colour is absolutely perfect - rich yet very natural. I was well looked-after from start to finish and felt truly pampered. I would highly recommend Casa Pelo and will be coming back for more!

Hairdresser refused to cut my hair as short as I wanted as it would count as a restyle not a cut despite having always booked a haircut not a restyle in the past and have never been told to do otherwise. Said there was no time then spent longer drying my hair than she spent cutting it, I would quite happily have left with wet hair in order to get the length I required if time was the issue. I can't see a difference and have been left feeling like I've completely wasted my money. Hairdresser didn't talk to me and towards the end of my haircut actually started chatting with her colleagues. It's been a little while since I visited this salon and I always used to enjoy my experience so having been looking forward to my 'treat' of a haircut I'm left feeling quite disappointed. I prepaid so nothing I could do.

Really pleased with the cut and colour. I explained I didn't want much off and the colour should be toned down.. I was listened to and received exactly what I asked for. I would definitely return to this salon
