Hairdresser refused to cut my hair as short as I wanted as it would count as a restyle not a cut despite having always booked a haircut not a restyle in the past and have never been told to do otherwise. Said there was no time then spent longer drying my hair than she spent cutting it, I would quite happily have left with wet hair in order to get the length I required if time was the issue. I can't see a difference and have been left feeling like I've completely wasted my money. Hairdresser didn't talk to me and towards the end of my haircut actually started chatting with her colleagues. It's been a little while since I visited this salon and I always used to enjoy my experience so having been looking forward to my 'treat' of a haircut I'm left feeling quite disappointed. I prepaid so nothing I could do.
