I went to Mane for the first time last week. When I arrived all the staff were friendly and attentive, I had a chat with the stylist that was doing my hair and was then sent through to have my hair washed by someone else. Unfortunately this was where my experience turned from good to bad, the person washing my hair basically marched up, didn't introduce herself or say and word and basically dragged my head back to wash my hair. Didn't once ask if the temperature of the water was ok or anything, in fact didn't say anything at all! The hair wash was terrible, it probably lasted about 5 minutes and I was seething the whole time, the lady barely touched my head let alone wash it, I had about a five second head massage (if you can call it that) and was then basically grunted to go and sit back through where the stylist was. Ultimately I left with a hair style that I love, the stylist was great, chatty and knew what she was doing but because of the other worker it would probably put me off
