Well I was Georgia’s first client since lockdown nearly 4 months ago. Georgia was brilliant having to cope with the face visor & mask and I my feet now feel great again

Absolutely amazing cut and colour from Jodie - I literally feel like a new woman after my visit this afternoon! Even my husband and children said ‘Wow’ when I walked back into the house afterwards!

Nearly 4 months after my last cut I was so pleased to get the call to say the salon was opening. The layout has changed to allow social distancing but the overall feel and service remains the same. Efficient service as always

Returning to Robert John for my long overdue haircut gave a sense of normality in these strange times. Yes there was a different atmosphere and The salon certainly had changed with screens all around Styling chairs and colleagues wearing visors. This however did not affect my experience in the salon
Staff were very professional and efficient and the service was as I had come to expect from the salon over the years

Ok unlike the group haircut 100, I had to wait 112 days for a haircut ( Not your fault), so nearly looking like cousin it from the Adams family I was finally please to have an appointment and to lose some weight (HAIR IS HEAVY). Joking apart thank you. Can’t praise the salon and all it’s staff higher. See you in August.

I’ve been a client for 15+ years and have always been very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff

I arrived at the salon to be greeted just inside the door my a member of staff wearing a plastic shield. It was a warm welcome back with the lady smiling and explaining that I would need to have my temperature taken. I had my mask on as I walked in to the salon and filled out a form. Everything was in place for a hygienic experience and I am so pleased to have had my hair done.

The work that has gone into making the salon COVID secure is there for all to see, very impressed with all measures that have been put in place. A very professional outfit led by Catherine, who is fantastic. Great to see her again!
