Had a great time at the salon getting my hair dyed by Ross. He explained what he was doing well to put me at ease all the time. Was mostly happy with the end result and would go back again for sure!

Very friendly and helpful. Rosie who cut my hair did a brilliant job and I love my new style after having so much of hair cut off.

My colourist was Ross and my stylist was Maria and between them they made my hair beautiful.They are part of the team at Bristol Salon and the whole experience is wonderful.I wouldn't want to go anywhere else now that I've found this salon , Ross is superb at what he does and his knowledge of colouring and Maria is so precise , accurate and creative, all the staff make you so welcome and comfortable it's a pleasure to experience the whole appointment from start to finish Thankyou Toni and Guy Bristol

I've used Toni & Guy Bristol for over a decade now and I've never been disappointed with the service or my hair. Ross does an amazing job every time and treats me more like a friend than client.

Very poor customer service. The stylist booked for my appointment was ill on the day so I received a phone call saying my appointment will still go ahead at the same time but with a different stylist. As I hadn't used the salon before I had no preference over which stylist I had. However from arrival until I left the stylist made it very clear through her behaviour and facial expressions that she did not want to be there. She spoke 2 sentences to me the entire time and I was the only one in the salon who was not offered a drink. When I was sat in her chair I could see through the mirror that she was looking around at other stylists and rolling her eyes the entire time. Her presence made me feel like I had done something wrong and feel very uncomfortable. The hair cut was average but the customer experience was awful and I would not return or recommend this salon to anyone.

Pretty awful visit to be honest.
Hair nothing like I normally have it, even though I showed stylist a photo from my last visit.
Stylist barely spoke to me the entire time.
Been going there for 15 years but not sure I'll even go back now, very disappointing.

It's so convenient for me to visit my local Toni and guy.
But even better when you are greeted with a warm smile from my regular hairdresser Joanne alway does a good job and I was feel good when I come out from the saloon.
So glad I,ve got an amazing hairdresser.

Prompt friendly service from Leigh, remembered me from last time. My cut still looked good 10 weeks on.

I am always satisfied when I go to the salon. Marie who cuts my hair and Ross who does my highlights are excellent. I can practically always get an appointment when I need it. Music can be too intrusive at times.

Got my hair done for my birthday at Toni and guy and they treat you so nicely. The finished hair cut is just amazing went in with no picture just a idea but it came out great I love my new hair cut!

I've been having my hair done at Toni and Guy for going on three years now. For most of the last two years I've had Nicole as my stylist, as well as being friendly, she is amazing with my hair, I've never had a bad cut from her. She also acted as my 'hair coach' when I was growing my hair out from an asymmetrical pixie cut. The salon always has a nice vibe with good music and fun videos. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I'd gone back to T&G after a few years break and my last appointment was great so I went back again last night.
Bit disappointed to find hair dye round the neck of my top and two big chunks of hair that had been missed by the cutter (I was having a bob) which my husband had to cut off with our kitchen scissors as I haven't got time to go back to get it sorted today :(

I used to view getting my haircut like a trip to the dentists - ok when it was over!

However, that all changed after going to Toni & Guy in Bristol. James and his team are simply superb! A really enjoyable experience & highly recommended.

I always have an excellent experience with your Bristol store and in particular with the same hairdresser i book my appointments with (Charlotte). i recently moved from Bristol back to my home town in Lyme Regis, i visited your Dorchester store and was very unhappy with my experience there! I was at the counter for over 5 minutes waiting to talk to someone and when they finally turned up they where rude and unhelpful! After my experience with your Dorchester store, instead of taking my custom elsewhere, i now make the effort to travel from Lyme Regis to Bristol as i can never fault the experience i have with Charlotte and i always leave with a smile on my face.

Nicola did my hair and it was amazing. She always is very good at building rapport and listens attentively while cutting my hair. I will definitely be back.

I visited the Bristol salon n on 1 June 2017 for a wash and blow. The person doing my hair was disinterested, she didn't want me there. Her attitude was appalling. She washed my hair in a slap dash fashion then started to style which wasn't what I asked for. I informed her that want happy so she washed it again much to her annoyance. I was upset and distressed as I had a wedding that evening. In the end I got up and walked out of the salon with my hair soaking wet
Wet. I will never ever visit Toni and Guy again.
No apology looked at me blankly. She obviously hated her job!

The way he doesy hair is so precise and a pleasure to watch how passionate he is about doing a great job, and it shows how much he loves what he does.
Apart from that , salon always friendly and chilled atmosphere, I book online appointment which works well for my busy lifestyle
It is also very nice of them offering 20% NHS discount

Amazing service by Ross and lots of other team members taking my long brunette hair to a short blonde bob. Lots of great advice and amazing skill! Would recommend to everyone!

Ben is an absolute god of a hairdresser. I've been coming to the salon for 20 years and to Ben for many of those. His cutting skills are consistently amazing. Wish I could say the same for the girls doing the hair wash (I say girls because the lads always do a better job). When I'm paying £55 for a cut and blow dry it irritates me beyond belief that the wash is perfunctory and functional, rather than a luxurious treat. If Ben wasn't so amazing I'd definitely have left Toni and Guy a long time ago.

I have always had outstanding service at Toni and Guy Bristol ... And today was no different. Not only do they listen to your requests , they deliver. If I have to book in with a different colourist ( I use 3 ) they are seamlessly able to pick up where the last one 12 weeks ago left off. Never had a bad cut again it's been cut by most of them ... simply I wouldn't go anywhere else EVER ....

Daisy coloured my hair and I 'm very happy with it . She listened to me and coloured my hair exactly how I asked . I've been getting lots of compliments. I really recommend Daisy, she is a brilliant colourist . I am also very happy with my trim. Thankyou ????
