Very happy with colour tint and balyage-Ross is very good! Also Lily blow dried my hair straight with a curl very well which isn’t easy when you have very curly hair!
However I don’t think Toni and Guy represents value for money-Though I always request the same colourist (because he’s very good), this isn’t something you can do for your blow dry-I have had many bad blow drys here so it is a bit of a lucky dip!
Also I don’t think you should be told that you can’t have your hair blow dried curly or have straighteners used on it without paying extra when you are already paying £90-£105!!!!! Perhaps I can understand it if you are just (in comparison) paying for a £40-£50 hair cut but not when you’re already paying £100!!! That’s why it isn’t value for money unfortunately....however like I said, very happy with my last experience with Ross and Lily
