My hair wasn’t properly rinsed, I had conditioner in my ears. On other visits I’ve had the shower head rubbed on my head. Please put more training an checks around the wash. Finally, please ask stylists not to smoke immediately before cutting hair. Perhaps wash hands and drink water if they do, the smell is not pleasant.
