Customer service was 100%

The quality of the haircut is poor for the price paid. For £59, I expected a lot more cutting and styling. I'm comparing this haircut to my normal hairdressers, where they charge £50 for a senior stylist. I normally come out of the hairdressers thinking "wow I look different." When I've had a haircut people usually comment on my hair, but this time no one can see a difference! The cutting technique itself wasn't bad at all, it was just a very basic haircut for £59. Something I would expect from a salon like *****. I'm not sure why HOB charge so much, their prices should be reduced.
