I felt Rather stressed by the time I left the salon as they were running 40 minutes late. There was no hot water and Poor Lauren Was trying to help the girl who was washing my hair by trying to provide jugs of warm water, I wasn’t able to have a head massage due to the water shortage and problems so I didn’t enjoy my visit, there wasn’t even a manager present that I could discuss this with. Equally I was very disappointed because I had booked my hair appointment in December and when the lockdown ended i was not contacted and offered a new appointment .
