Great regrowth and blow dry. Disappointed to hear that Half head regrowth might be going because of new management. I come in regularly for hair colour and more so because there has been this option.

I was very happy with the way Carlo cut my hair and I have been goi g to Carlo for a long time no. I wasn’t happy however to be told that they had done away with the 10% re-booking discount. The new owners are definitely not trying to encourage client to come back.

Great hair cut and amazing blow dry by Nathan, thank you. Disappointed to hear NHS discount will be on a Wednesday only from now on as that’s a day I work ???? also enquired about having a colour on my next visit but member of staff couldn’t explain the options I was asking about and wasn’t sure about prices, so didn’t book. Again, very pleased with Nathan’s cut and finish.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, yes you are correct we do an extra discount for NHS on a Wednesday for 20% but every other day (except a Saturday) you will still get 10% off and also we offer 15% off all services on a Tuesdays. We are sorry your didnt see one of our techinicians please pop in for a consultation free of charge or give the salon a call and we can get your colour booked in for you. I popped in on the off chance Toni & Guy had a slot available. I usually come in and see Jenny as she is a wonderful stylist who has always done my hair perfectly but spoke with Izzy who said she was available at that time or I could come back later. She was friendly and listened to what I was after so I decided to go ahead with her availability. I was not disappointed and she cut my hair beautifully! I’m always nervous about using new stylists but Izzy put me at ease and was friendly, chatty and checked with me about length and what would be best for my hair! I will certainly be back and recommending her :D

Lovely staff, nice environment, Scarlett is great at what she does. Prices are noticeably high - including in comparison to other To y and Guy salons i’ve Used. Was going to buy products too but prices at hideous.

Struggled with finding anyone who could style my bob. My hair grows quickly, it's kinky and I have about 5,000 cows licks in my fringe, so previous hairdressers have struggled to cut a bob that suits me. Nathan listened to what I wanted, and asked all the right questions. Friendly and professional, great feeling when you know you're in safe hands. Have recommended multiple times already.

I had my hair cut with a senior technician and I couldn’t be any more disappointed with the way it was handled and the cut I got. I could have got it from any cheap and unreliable hair saloon. Hair treatment is a total waste of time. My hair wasn’t any better than I shampoo it!

Great job as always from Lyndsay (who I will miss!!) but I had wanted my fringe trimmed and there was not anyone to do it. It would only have taken a few moments as my hair is very fine. That is my only complaint.
