Excellent manicure and pedicure in lovely surroundings with thoughtful staff (even turned the page on my Kindle when my nails were drying!).

Friendly staff and didn’t have to wait at all. Lovely nails and will definitely be going again soon.

Had a wax there today, service was great and the therapist I had was very chatty. I got a reminder text the day before which I appreciated and thought was a good idea. I'm sure I'll be back.

Fantastic masseuse. Emma really understood what I needed and I felt she did the massage with care and attention throughout the session. My only comment would be that there didn't appear to be any background music in the treatment room or it wasn't particularly loud which meant throughout the massage I could clearly hear two ladies having an in depth conversation which was a little offputting but overall a good experience.

I had a wonderful pedicure, toes look v pretty now and feet v smooth; plus an eye brow tint!

This is the first time I have had eye lash extension and I am absolutely delighted . I was extremely impressed by the time and attention to the procedure and the final result is amazing . I also had my eyebrows threaded which are great . Thank you I will definitely be returning

Absolutely fabulous massage. Lovely salon. Hip very painful when I arrived but the excellent massage really helped with the pain.

After reading the positive reviews about Beena's salon I decided to pop in for a body exfoliation. Unfortunately this was a mistake. The treatment was a waste of both my time and money. They used a dermalogica product, powder form mixed with water to create a paste like consistency, which was then applied and sponged straight off! I use dermalogica as part of my skin care routine and already use the product that was part of my 'body exfoliation'. I'm so disappointed as I felt no different to when walking into the salon. I was also not impressed with the customer service when walking into the salon for my appointment Beena was at the counter and didn't acknowledge me - I was the only customer in the salon at the time. At the end of my treatment Beena was seated with a group of people (staff & friends) and none of them acknowledged me or made me feel welcomed. The only person who acknowledged me or spoke to me was Becky who treated me and clearly that was because she was looking after me. I won't be going back.

I would have liked to have seen both therapists wash their hands with hot/warm water and soap prior commencing treatments on me as per recommended code of practice.

Really clean efficient and one of the best pedicures ever.

I've been going to Beena's for over three years now. Her facials are second to none, my skin has never been better. And the mani/pedis are amazing.
