My manicure was badly done and was offered a refund of half the amount of the cost of the manicure. I deserved a full refund however I didn’t have the energy to argue it. I now need to go to another beauty salon or nail bar to remove the shellac nails and get it reapplied. I didn’t appreciate it when the therapist who did the botch manicure job try to justify it by saying to Beena that I was constantly on my phone - which was not the case at all. For £39 manicure job you would expect a better service and a professional finish. I don’t have an option not to rate the place so for the sake of it I’m giving the salon a star each.
