After a wonderful facial I was really disappointed that I couldn't get my 20% discount because I was told that it had expired in January yet the same leaflets were on the reception desk and my gift voucher was bought my daughter in July so the leaflets with discount were still handed out with the gift voucher !!! Sad that this was not taken in consideration !! The facial I had was worth it
