After reading the positive reviews about Beena's salon I decided to pop in for a body exfoliation. Unfortunately this was a mistake. The treatment was a waste of both my time and money. They used a dermalogica product, powder form mixed with water to create a paste like consistency, which was then applied and sponged straight off! I use dermalogica as part of my skin care routine and already use the product that was part of my 'body exfoliation'. I'm so disappointed as I felt no different to when walking into the salon. I was also not impressed with the customer service when walking into the salon for my appointment Beena was at the counter and didn't acknowledge me - I was the only customer in the salon at the time. At the end of my treatment Beena was seated with a group of people (staff & friends) and none of them acknowledged me or made me feel welcomed. The only person who acknowledged me or spoke to me was Becky who treated me and clearly that was because she was looking after me. I won't be going back.
