Poor experience

Visited the salon for shellac nails. I wanted to use a gift voucher that had been given to me, but when I came to pay, I was told that it had in fact expired. I was very surprised to learn that gift vouchers from Beena’s are only valid for 6 months. The owner was not at all helpful or understanding, and it was a really unpleasant experience.

Furthermore, my shellac nails chipped on two fingers after a week, which was very disappointing.

Won’t be going again.

Response from Beena's Beauty Clinic

Dear Jenny, sorry to hear of your visit to the clinic. In regards to the expired voucher it clearly states on the card the expiry date and once they have expired the system no longer allows us to use them. Apologies for your nails not lasting, we will always rectify a problem and do offer a free nail repair service if is less than 7 days free of charge. It is recommend that cuticle oil and hand cream are used once Shellac has been applied as this helps to keep the nails hydrated, which is the most common cause for any nail colour chipping.

We will be sorry that you will not be coming back.
