I sorry to say I was not very happy with the service I received. Also the machine that is used for laser hair removal seems incredibly outdated based on other salons I have been to and the effects were not as good as I had previously experienced.
Firstly we apologise that you were not happy with the service you received but it does not state why? Secondly we have a huge client base for laser hair removal and all have great results, some taking slightly longer than others due to hair growth, skin type etc. We always strive to offer our clients the best service/treatments, and when we rarely have an issue we resolve it to great satisfaction! If we are not informed of the problem we cannot correct it.
