I came in with hair that that was a mess and half my hair missing. Tony was able to fix my hair and make it look incredible. He new what he was doing and how to style and cut it so you could not see the hair that is miss I also had hilights put in witch are beautiful. I feel extremely happy with my hair. I will 100% be going back. All the staff were friendly and inviting. It was also extremely clean. All together an amazing experience

She was very pleasant , but my colour was not good , she did explain why , apparently I had more grey hairs and the colours were not appropriate anymore , but I did think that I was paying extra for a service with Browns for me to be happy with my colour which I am not .

Georgina is the perfect stylist..... she always listens carefully to what you want, has loads of suggestions, very accommodating, attentive and just lovely to be around.

No words can say how amazing Emily is. She has been my hairdresser since she started at Browns in Buckingham. I always feel safe in her hands.

Molly A was outstanding! She cut hair beautifully and finished with a bouncy blow dry. I couldn’t fault her service.

No complaints with regards the staff .The only complaint is the price which was increased by approx. 11 % which is way above the current inflation.

Sophie is welcoming, kind and thoughtful. She listens and responds in a caring, helpful and considered way. It is great to be offered a drink and the head massage during the hair wash is a real treat. I loved the colour and the cut. It was a very good experience and I look forwards to coming back

My 12 year old daughters first visit to salon alone. From start to finish the communications were excellent and my daughters hair cut was beautiful and she mentioned the staff were lovely to her.
