The salon was founded in 1991 with just 3 enthusiastic hairdressers. Today the company employs a team of over 20, they are still enthusiastic, but are more experienced with a focused vision which of course is .....YOUR HAIR .......OUR PASSION
Our aim is to not only give a better service in the salon, but to build in an instructional "aftercare" programme,so clients are taught the right way to keep their hair looking good everyday. This is what we call "the 5 step recipe", all based upon a friendly welcome,a genuine two way consultation, product recommendations,a designer hair cut and a home care maintenance programme.
Our team take part in continuos education seminars, not only in new cutting, colouring, and product knowledge, but also business and personal development. We firmly believe in investing in our team, after all it is no accident that over 65% of them have been with us for over 10 years. Our talented team look after over 11,000 clients each year, that's a lot of people. But we know from experience that no two clients are the same and they all need to be treated as individuals. Clients coming back again and again is the key to our success.
