This was my first time at Arcana, and it's was great. Staff were lovely and inviting. Sam did a fantastic job on my hair. She listened to my needs and I got exactly what I wanted. Staff were complimenting my colour and hair condition. That was very kind and sweet. I even got a text message wishing me a happy birthday and a discount which was very thoughtful. Overall top notch, I will be back again!
