I had a nightmare from hell growing out a "bad" hair cut and Invisible highlights for 11 weeks. Obviously I was doing all the research possible to prevent another disaster.
I researched Arcana and looked at Jane's profile quite a few times. Called into the Saloon and was lucky enough to get an appointment for the above date.
After listening to all my vows over the last 11 weeks. Jane quickly put me at my ease and started my cut and highlights. I am absolutely over the moon the high lights are perfect the cut is out of this world. Gone is the enforced bob and dull and fully ends. I am me again. I have booked all my appointments up until December. All women's hair is important to them. I am a PA so therefore my hair is an important part of my job.

I would also like to mention Katie, currently an Apprentice with really effective customer service skills and her head wash is amazing, she will go far with the guidance of Arcana.
