Absolutely professional and delightful having my hair done by Michael. It is the highlight of my week. The whole team is amazing and they are all very professional. Michael is extremely thorough with his training of young talent and is a perfectionist in all aspects. He is innovative, always looking into different methods and products to improve the experience of hairdressing. Looking forward to my next visit.

I really do not like having my hair cut, but Craig listened to what I said and what a fantastic result. Very, very happy with the service. Very friendly staff and a lovely salon. Would 100% recommend. :-)

Having difficult hair I have not washed it myself since 1990...yes that long!!!
Thanks to finding Michael he has saved the day and my hair for 27 years.
I would not trust any other salon to care for my hair.
I think of him as my hair doc and would advise absolutely everyone including all you boys who want great hair to come and visit this salon.
You will not be disappointed.
P.S you also get great coffee and biscuits and Michael's jokes thrown in for free !

Charlene is a lovely girl. We had a good chat about what style I wanted this time. She gave me exactly the cut I asked for, not too short and took a lot of weight off sides and back. Perfect! Had a very entertaining time today and a good laugh (Craig)! See you in 8 wks!

Returned to my old favourite after another salon had used bleach on my hair and left my fine hair breaking.
Hair therapy and tlc was in order; and I got it! Transformed colour and cut plus a plan to repair my hair is now in place.

My first time at the salon and it was a great experience. Craig was really friendly and professional. I had quite a change and he really looked at the photos I'd brought, took lots of care over the cut and gave great advice to make the style work for my hair. Really pleased with the salon and my new hair and got quite a bargain with the new client discount! Will definitely be returning soon- thanks!

It's been a good 10 years since I last walked out of a salon feeling as good as I did yesterday. From the minute I walked into the salon I felt at ease and most importantly I felt cared for. All the girls were friendly and chatty whilst remaining professional. They instinctively knew what I was babbling on about when describing what I wanted. Loretta you're an artist - my hair colour and cut are amazing. You don't know what a boost you've given me! Courtanay you're an asset to the team. Every time I have my hair cut and coloured by Micheal I come out feeling a million dollars. I have very thick wiry grey hair and he has tamed it brilliantly. I can honestly say that I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair which is why I return time snd time agsin. Thank you

I had a great haircut from Michael yesterday. I usually go to London to have my hair cut, but my yesterday's cut was much better than my last one from Sassoon's - and it was cheaper and it was local. Michael listened to what I had to say, then he was precise and methodical in his cutting. He explained to me throughout what he was doing and why he was doing it. I felt confident that it was going to work and indeed it did. I am so glad to have found him; no more Sassoons for me.
