The customer service from when I step into Descares is fantastic. You feel like your part of the team. Michael has been cutting my hair for over 2 years and only if I found him sooner I would never have ruined my hair at other hairdressers. Friendly and welcoming staff, very attentive in professional atmosphere. Neat & tidy salon and love the chair massage whilst having my hair washed! All staff well trained and up to date with latest hair colours. I have been a client for about six years now and have no intention of going elsewhere! Their hair products are top of the range as well.

Michael and his team are true professionals. The attention to detail when cutting hair is outstanding. I know my fine hair is not the easiest to style but I always come away from an appointment feeling "wowed" by the end result - thank you Amy. The salon decor is bright and welcoming. Great consultation with Charlene, wonderful colour and cut, lovely service. I've been to many salons in the area but Decesare is by far the most attentive - I actually have the colour I wanted - which has been hit and miss elsewhere - with such a great cut, useful advice, at an excellent price. Absolutely I'll revisit this gem of a hairdressers.

Another brilliant cut and blow-dry this morning with Sarah. The colour I had last time has lasted brilliantly and the cut today has really spruced up the colour again...just in time for the Christmas party season.

I have been a regular client of Michael for many years now but still he suggests different ideas - today a new colour. From the moment I walked into the salon I felt relaxed-excellent service from start to finish, offers of drinks; great hair wash including massage; perfect cut and colour and lovely warm and friendly atmosphere. As always stylist Sarah gave wonderful cut and blow dry. She is very personable and good to chat to. Nice friendly relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Always offered tea or coffee on arrival. Been going there for years!

Yet again Michael has worked miracles. In a very short space of time Michael has managed to transform my hair from yellow straw to golden locks! I will never go anywhere else now. My only regret is not finding the salon sooner. Love this place. Nikki

I had a wash, cut and finish with Amy. Having not been here before, I had a very warm welcome and had my coat taken off me and offered a cup of coffee. The girls did a great job of washing my hair with a massage too which was lovely and relaxing. Amy was great at understanding what I wanted my hair to look like and did it exteremely well. I will definitely be going back here and will be having a colour next.

As always, Michael and his team offered a great service today. Lovely hair wash by Courtenay who was really friendly and pleasantly chatty. She did a lovely head massage too. Great new look from Michael and as always the conversation is hilarious. Lovely to see little Charlene working as a hairdresser now with a beautiful smile and new found confidence. Salon is highly recommended.
