Charlene was absolutely incredible, she listened to absolutely everything I asked for. I was quite nervous at the beginning because of a very bad experience I had many years ago and hated anyone touching my hair. She put me at ease, so friendly and polite. I was greeted with big smiles all round when I arrived. Absolutely worth every penny and I have finally found the person who will be cutting my hair forever. Thank you so l much Charlene!!
