Sophie has been extremely kind to me. I got the highlights done yesterday but I found out later that the colour didn’t turn out to be what I had expected. I called today to ask if she could fix it. Despite her busy schedule, she managed to help me straight away free of charge. I’m so pleased with my new haircut, highlights and the overall service. The staff are very helpful, cheerful and kind. I will definitely be coming here from now on.
