Joe is absolutely fantastic. He always listens to me and he knows my hair very well. Yesterday he used a reinvigorating conditioner for men because I told him that I love the Tony and Guy peppermint mask (that has been discontinued now) and he gave me the most beautiful and relaxing head massage I have ever had.
