Having received a call yesterday evening that the colourist who I was meant to be seeing wouldn’t be there, I was delighted that Kitty would be covering the appointment even though she doesn’t normally work this day. When I arrived, it was clear that a lot of work has gone into making the salon comply with all the current guidance and Zoe on the desk was welcoming and friendly. Kitty worked her magic colouring and cutting my hair and now it looks much better than before.
