What a shock on what I thought from a previous visit, I would be charged £35, however, you can imagine when I was charged £94! I should have been told about pricing. Very disappointed.

Happy with cut but not the price £94 for a cut and blow dry. Had I been informed of price I wouldn't have gone, should be told price before you book.

I have always disliked having my hair cut but Natasha made me feel very relaxed, looked after me well and gave me a fabulous haircut.

I was very pleased with the results. Chloe suggested layers and I agreed. Will definitely be back

First visit - excellently greeted. Elliot listened to my wants. Gave excellent advice, great customer service and all in all a fabulous hair cut. A very positive experience and shall be returning.

My appointment was with Chloe for a cut and finish. As always Chloe was lovely and friendly and with her patience and charm she even managed to persuade me to try a style out of my comfort zone. Excellent service as always.

Nicely cut hair as usual

First time using Brown's Hair Salon, very pleased with the whole experience. I particularly liked the hair washing being done in a separate area towards the back of the salon.

Andy’s skill and experience mean an excellent hair colour - he instinctively knows the style one is seeking to achieve and offers sensible advice. He puts one at ease and builds trust. The colour and cut I had today gives me new confidence in my hair.

I came to browns after many years with my hairdresser. Chloe made feel so welcome and that I was in good hands .
Very friendly and seems like I have know her for ages. Really listen and understood what my goal is .
Today I had my second appt with her and have been. Over the moon with each one .

I have been a client of Andy’s for around 15 years, followed him from Browns to Browns salons!
He has always surpassed my expectations and I enjoy his company too.
Today was extra special.
Andy gave me a Judi Dench cut. His idea.
To say I was in some trepidation before is an understatement (no going back from that cut!)

I am thrilled, happy and loving the result.

My friends from all over have sent glowing comments too.

I used to travel from Brussels for Andy to do my hair - now only from Yardley Hastings!

To put my feedback in context, I lived in central London before YH.

My previous stylists were Errol Douglas, Richard Ward and Paul Edmonds respectively.

In my book, Andy is well up there with them.

My hair appointment was a wash, , cut & a blow dry.
I love how my hair looks & feels when I leave Browns.
Chloe is my stylist & is amazing. ?
On my last visit, I was telling Chloe how unhappy with how my hair looks when I style it myself & Chloe advised me how to dry & straighten my hair & gave me techniques to use. They worked !

Really listened and understood my hair concerns. I have long naturally curly hair and I hate it when hairdressers cut too much off. Lulu got it and didn’t cut too much off.

Visit to Browns today in Olney today fir my weekly Finnish. Conor was my stylist today.? Excellent service as always. He used a new salt spray as I asked for lots of volume. Worked a treat! Happy customer once again ?

Conor did a fab job with my blow dry. Highly recommend him.

Andy is amazing he’s done my hair for years I would go no where else the colour is amazing the cut amazing I’m not the usual high lights I’m pink blue green or what ever works my normal response is what you think and play with the Scissors and I love every time!!!

As always Chloe was lovely. She knows just what I want with my hair and what I am looking to achieve long term. Always a great style and cut. I am always satisfied with my hair.
