I am a regular customer at Browns in stony Stratford and I took my daughter in for a regular hair cut last week. I was extremely disappointed that she almost didn’t get the haircut that she had been looking forward to as the hairdresser pretty much insisted she had spotted heals lice eggs in her hair. My daughter did not have eggs or lice as I regularly check her and all of my children and I eventually convinced the stylist that it was in fact dry skin which my daughter suffers with. I really contemplated over leaving this review because I am such a fan of Browns but still feeling embarrassed a few days on I really feel strongly about it. I’m not sure I will be returning in the future. I appreciate that you have to be vigilant towards this sort of thing but it ruined our experience!
