Firstly I certainly cannot complain about my stylist or my haircut both of which I am very happy with.
When I called to make my appointment I enquired if you had special days for pensioners, I was informed that Tuesday & Wednesday pensioners got a reduced price but because of lockdown and wanting to catchup that the pensioners rate will be available on Thursday so I booked my appointment for this day, I was taken aback when it was time to pay and was asked to pay £44 as I was quoted £29 when I made the appointment, when I queried this I was told that because my stylist was fully qualified £44 was the special rate for a senior, surely if I book the appointment because I was quoted £29 shouldn't this be what I should pay? I would have been happy for a less qualified stylist if that what £29 gets you.
I feel quite let down as I can't really afford £44 for a haircut.
