I always love my visits to the salon, everyone takes such good care of me. This week I had my colour done, Rose always does the perfect tint, and I love catching up with her. I’ve changed my next apt to have a balayage, and I can’t wait!

I was more than happy with my first visit with a new stylist so was looking forward to my 2nd visit. And I wasn’t disappointed. Tavia understood exactly what I wanted giving me the hair cut I was after.

The lady who cut my hair was very nice, but the others who work in that salon are certainly not the nicest. They are very rude and unfriendly and kept me waiting half an hour, with no apology, even though I got there on time for my appointment. Someone else said the same thing in one of their reviews - rude and aloof, the way they treat customers. I did not take to them at all or their attitude and I will not be going back to Toni and Guy, I hated it, it was very stressful for me, and it is very expensive, even with no additional hair products. Beth, the lady who actually cut my hair was nice, ten out of ten to her, I did give receptionist a bit of cash to give to her, but I don't know if she received it, as a thanks for cutting my hair. Very unprofessional.

Sarah is a genius and really cares about how you feel about your hair! Also she's a lovely person and I always enjoy coming into the Salon. The rest of the staff are also lovely.

Laura has cut and styled my hair a number of times and on every occasion I have been delighted with the result. She is a consummate professional and a lovely person as well!

Olivia was excellent from start to finish. It’s my first Balayage and I was a bit apprehensive beforehand but Olivia clearly knew what she as doing and I felt very relaxed during the whole process and I love my hair now! Thank you.

I went from shoulder length to short. Clare was just brilliant - she really took time to ensure my cut was perfect and I am very pleased with the result.

I have not had my highlights done since pre Covid. Fair/grey hair, I needed a change and it had given me the boost I needed.

Lee was absolutely amazing, having had 3 sessions of chemo and although I have not lost my hair ( due to using a cold cap)it is very fragile. Lee took so much time and care making it look and feel so much better than it has done for some time whilst being incredibly gentle not to put any undue stress on it. I left the salon feeling more ‘normal’ and looking like the best version me than I have done since my treatment started.
