First cut with Myesha: I have short hair which needs careful cutting as it’s so thick. Myesha listened carefully, took everything into account: how the cut would look from all angles, the best cutting techniques for my style and hair and my lifestyle needs. She took the time to finish the cut carefully and even took some photos when I asked. A skilled and experienced hairdresser who listens. Thank you.

Caitlin is my hairdresser, she is amazing. The salon staff are equally plus and minus points. Plus; polite, salon is spotless. Minus; smell of cigarettes on staff is unpleasant . Stylish and professional hairdresser.

Caitlin is my stylist and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Nothing is too much trouble and she is attentive and sweet. All other staff are equally polite and helpful and want to make the experience welcoming and pleasant. No complaints at all. Thanks!

I've been coming to Toni and Guy Cambridge for about 23 years. Sarah has cut my hair for quite a few years now and I'm always delighted with the result.

It was very difficult to get my colour appointment but Amy was great! She understood exactly what my hair needed and I’m happy with the result

As ever great service and expertise. As a longstanding customer whose monthly spend is always at least £150 it would be nice for my stylist to feel empowered to give a relevant free product away occasionally - eg mini Kerastase or T&G product. Not a complaint tho!

Good service, everyone was a bit in hurry somehow though, I guess it was busy day. Very happy with highlights as always, my highlight expert is the best. Haircut is not exactly what I wanted, perhaps my instructions were not clear (I brought pictures of myself in past) so I may have to come again to get it fixed. Thanks.

I have two family weddings coming up and needed a glamorous haircut. Paulo did just that, he showed me how the curl it too.

Getting ones hair straightened is a lengthy and involved process and can take around 5 hours. Lora was attentive and ensured that the process kept moving the whole way through. I was often asked if I needed any refreshments and I felt looked after. The result was fab. I’m very pleased. Thank you Lora and the team at Toni and Guy.

I had my roots coloured and was the perfect match. My blow dry was disastrous. Eloise was unprofessional. Rude, ignored my wishes and rushed the whole procedure. I will return but will have a stylist from start to finish. Kieron is greatly missed.

Ann and Sarah are always brilliant. I’m always pleased with what they have done. Have put value at 4 only because it is all quite expensive for me.
