My hair appointment today for a cut and blow dry went well.

I had my hair cut and blow dried by Claire today and I have been a client of hers fir many years. I cannot compliment both her or the salon enough. Friendly and professional, the whole experience is ajways a delight. I get a warm welcome and the best treatment ever. A great salon with wonderful staff.

Staff wonderful as ever and very pleased with the result BUT I was sad that my favourite product Elixir was not available for me. Very odd that I can buy it to take home but not use it in the salon for the first time. Can't you just take one from the shop area to use with clients? Substitute is not the same.

I walked straight in and was greeted by the very pleasant gentleman on reception. Whilst there was a queue in front of me, he acknowledged me and swiftly asked how he could help. He has a very polite and friendly face, he took my coat, sat me on a very comfy sofa chair and asked if I'd like a drink. Soon after I was greeted by my hairdresser. I booked an appointment with Julie Harper. She is extremely friendly, whilst efficient and clearly - most importantly, very knowledgeable with colour. She gave me great advice all the way through and the service was second to none. I was someone who never went to hairdressers and now I'm pleased I do! The colour AND THE BLOWDRY was exceptional, I cried when I saw my hair. Upon leaving, everyone seems very friendly and happy in their work, reception was clean, tidy and efficient. I paid, received my coat, book in my next appointment and walked out feeling happy with fabulous hair. Thank you to all you lovely people in Cambridge for making me feel good about myself again!!!! Chris cut my hair today, used to come here years ago and can honestly say best haircut I've had in 10 years. Excellent staff, very friendly and fantastic service. Chris gave me loads of tips on how to care for my hair and what products to use but no pressure to purchase. Will definitely be back.

Booked a last minute cut after an embarrassing situation which resulted in me having half a full fringe. I was welcomed in and seen too very quickly. The lovely Paolo was very kind and understanding and took good care of my hair. All in all a very smooth and good experience and my hair now looks way better. Will definitely be back!

Service with great care and attention - great colourist with many years experience who is talented, conscientious, hard working and very caring of her client at the cost of her own health. The make stylist washed and styled me hair beautifully. There is real team work and I feel that the customer is treated with he greatest care

Colour and hsir style was great. But charged for K Radiance and K Booster treatment I did not receive. The conditioner applied was taken from the containers behinds the sinks. Nothing was sprayed on my hair . Please refund £17 charge.

The stylist I use (T) is amazing, not just great at making me look better but intelligent and interesting to talk to. The receptionist was also great,professional and genuinely nice.

Fantastic hair colour and cut today by fay and Sarah!! Left feeling like a movie star. A very relaxing head massage and treatment by Emily too. Great staff and great service.

My son (9 y.o) was completely covered in the small bits of hair as there was no cloth around his neck. As a result, they were very itchy and he could not wait any longer. It took an hour and although the hairdresser said she had finished, when he washed his hair at home, it was messy.
I feel very disappointed as Toni & Guy was one of my favourite salon.
Completely waste of money (19.50£ ) have to take him somewhere else to get it finished.
Definitely not recommended for boys haircut.

Angelina & her team were very welcoming and as always gave me the 5 star treatment. Angelina did some wonderful highlights (I'm a very fussy client), a lovely young lady (sorry can't remember her name) washed it and combed it out (without pulling it once - very gentle). Kieron was charming and did my blow dry.

Charlotte and Julia were amazing! I've never been so in love with my hair before! Best treatment at any salon. I felt like my hair was in good hands. Would definitely go back.

Altered my appointment at last minute due to social function. Everyone helpful and sociable. Able to read magazines and drink coffee whilst waiting for colour to take.

Sarah Jane always looks after me well and cuts superbly.

First time visiting Toni & Guy and I couldn't recommend enough, the service was fantastic and I am so pleased with my colour it's exactly what I wanted. Very friendly with a great atmosphere.

I always enjoy my appointments with the wonderful Carol W - she gives me a great cut and cheers me up too! The reception team are invariably friendly too (unlike in many other salons) even when they are super busy. I would definitely recommend Toni&Guy and Carol to friends.

Toni and Guy salon in Cambridge is great all staff are friendly and professional my stylist Sara Jane listens and knows my hair and my colourist Fay makes me look naturally highlighted and I always come out feeling confident and lovely

On this occasion I took my 91 year old Grandma for her usual cut & blow dry. Always a friendly face to greet you, great customer service and Grandma always looks amazing! A great team.
